Shot in India, THE ASHRAM is set in the timeless and mystical world of yogis in the Himalayas. After receiving a cryptic message, American skeptic Jamie journeys deep into the Indian Himalayas to pick up on the trail of his disappeared girlfriend. There, he discovers a secretive community led by a guru with strange and mystical powers who may or may not be involved in her disappearance. As Jamie travels deeper down the rabbit hole, he quickly realizes that this mysterious community may be harboring secrets far beyond anything he could have ever imagined…
“We are thrilled to be able to share this mystical love story with audiences around the world,” said Anick Poirier, Senior Vice President, International Sales, Seville International. “The west has long been fascinated with eastern spirituality and Ben has woven together an electrifying tale, bringing together both worlds with THE ASHRAM.”
The Orchard sale was negotiated in conjunction between Kavanaugh-Jones and Poirier on behalf of Seville International with international sales negotiated by Natalie Kampelmacher, Director of Sales and Charlotte Lopez, Sales Executive.
